As part of the initial consultation with a Jolt trainer, body analysis tests will be conducted to allow both you and the trainer to see where you are physically and what attributes need to be focused on.
The Jolt trainer will monitor your progress by conducting anthropometric, postural and exercise testing such as body fat percentages, blood pressure, flexibility, strength and fitness tests.
Re testing is done every 8 weeks to check results and improvement. You will be given a personalised fact sheet containing all your test results, and explanations to each one.
Also, the Jolt trainer will carry out a nutritional evaluation to further help us develop a better understanding of your lifestyle and to enable us to give you the best personalised plan possible.
