Massage
Massage is one of the oldest forms of therapy. Our techniques range from Swedish to sports massage and our sessions are custom made to the individual's needs. Massage can help to relieve tension and promote overall body relaxation after a stressful day. Techniques can be used to increase circulation, lower blood pressure and improve posture and range of motion. Our sports massage is designed to work on any aches, pains or stubborn knots. Ultimately we work to rejuvenate and restore balance to the body.
Our therapies range from a half hour session to an hour, and can be purchased individually or in blocks of 5 upwards.
