Jolt Personal Training offers the individual or group the ability to train at the gym, home or the great outdoors.

Sessions with our trainers are designed to get the results and goals that you want and are tailor made for the clients requirements.

Through different training methods and styles, we offer a wide range of variety and diverse skills to give you a workout that not only makes you look and feel good, that you enjoy too and want to do again!

Whether your requirement is core stability work, strength training, weight loss, muscle definition, rehabilitation work, postural analysis, sports specific training, pre/post natal, flexibility or self defence/pad work... Jolt trainers are here to give you the knowledge and motivation to achieve the goals/results that you want.


Weight management

In todays society, there are so many books, articles and magazines with the latest diet and exercise trends... Which ones actually work and which are just a quick fix? With so many different opinions, we aim to give you the latest research and experience to give you the plan that will work for you. Everyone is an individual and not everything works for everybody. Your plan will be created for you and you alone to get you the results that you want...


Injury rehabilitation

With years of experience working with athletes and individuals with a wide variety of injuries, we bring together our knowledge and latest research to give you the ability to get back to 100%. Whether it is a sporting or work related injury, your programme is designed to get you back to playing or working as soon as possible.


Sports specific

From the armchair professional to world class athletes, we all need the right training to make us stronger, faster, more powerful, and have that slight advantage that is the difference between winning and losing.

Using the latest training methods from around the world, the training you will receive is designed to get the best out of the athlete or the team for the coming season or tournament. From kettlebells, to jungle gyms, resistance bands to speed ladders, power cleans to partner drills, the sessions are aimed to give you the ability to reach the next level.


Self defence

A 6 week course designed for anyone who wants to learn the best way to protect themselves from attack. Using techniques from jeet kun do, jiu-jitsu, muay thai, and the mixed martial arts world, this course gives you the tools to react to any situation and be confident in your ability to handle youself if the need arises. Designed for anyone to participate, this course covers the basics but most essential skills that you are most likely to need. From eye gouges to groin strikes, learn the proper technique and reactions to situations that you don't want to be in.


Martial arts

Learn the classic styles of boxing, kick boxing, jiu-jitsu or mix them together for the ultimate training regime...

If its just a change in your training, or you want to learn some of the skills of one of todays biggest growing sports.. we can offer you the training!

From pad work to actual sparring, your programme will give you the skills and a workout that is guaranteed to burn calories, tone muscles and a great stress release. You'll walk out feeling knackered but have a smile on your face!


Pre and post natal

Recently received the great news that your pregnant? Not sure if you can keep exercising? And if so, what exercises should you do and what should you avoid. With so many books and opinions out there, what is the best thing for you?

Our specialised personal trainers offer safe and effective training for women throughout their pregnancy and continuing support after the birth. Exercising whilst pregnant has many benefits for the mother and the growing baby and can help to meet the challenges of pregnancy. Our Nutritional advice will help to maintain a healthy balanced diet, so mother and baby get the nutrients they need. Our overall aim is to achieve an active healthy pregnancy which has benefits during this experience and through out the post partum period.


General fitness and well-being

Feeling sluggish? Can't get motivated to get off your butt? Don't know where to start? We will give you the motivation and the tools to get yourself up and running. If it's a change in your diet, or a new training programme or need a stress release. Whether its 30 minutes a day, or 3 times a week, we set up a programme that fits around your availabilty and needs.


Kids

Worried that the children are spending too much time in front of the television or computer, that rugby season starts in 4 weeks and little Andrew has never played before, that the kids think that nutella, chocolate and coca cola are the 3 main food groups? With some individual or group sessions, we can take your children through some basic fitness training. Whether it is for a specific sport or just to run around.
